In the web-interface

Please login or register to see this link.

I can see that a new firmware is available, and the changelog, and the text "

Do You want to download and install new software version?" But there is no actual update button.

In the android app however I see the update button.

Please login or register to see this attachment.

You need to be locally connect to HC2 for performing update.

Use e.g. FIBARO Finder or your Router Interface for finding IP address of HC2 in your LAN.

If so, the dialog while using the online/cloud portal should not have the text "Do You want to download and install new software version", but rather tell you connect locally  directly (with a link you can try) and/or to use the App while connected locally.

Please, send that request to FIBARO distributor in your country to contact Fibaro regarding such request. It gets processed faster.

It is sold over the counter here in a convenience store for electronics, and they in general do not respond much, and faulty products you just go back to the store with and claim your money back or replacement.
