App Notification Count Does Not Reset

brunomfernandes@gmail.com

Question

Hello using the Home Center APP in IOS system for my HCL I get some strange behaviour:

- Notification information (Red Number on the edge of APP) appears each time I get a notification (seems correct behavior).

- When I open the APP the RED number disappears on the APP icon (seems correct behavior).

But, when I get another notification the 'number' keeps adding... does not reset.  If I get 10 notification, I open the APP and the number disapears... If I get another notification number 11 shows up.

Is there a way to reset this counter? Is this a normal behavior of the APP?

Thanks,

Bruno
