hc3 cpu load

gggizmo

Question

i migrated from hc2 to hc3. 70 zwave devices 6 hue lamp, and i use All in One quick app to control almost everithing. I don't know if it's normal but i think the cpu load is higher than load previosly on hc2 ( same devices configuration and aos instead of aoq)

See screenshot in link.

Any hint? it's a normal behavior?

no it's not. Try following:

- remove for now all hue lamps

- disable all scenes and QAs is you have any

- remove all plugins, cams

- reboot

- go to each every zwave device and do soft-reconfiguration (wait till ready), the best idea is to start with these near HC3

- if any device was added with security enabled, exclude it and re-include without security (except locks, sirens, which might need it)

- after you soft-reconfigured all reboot your HC3

Now the HC3 need to be ok, if not, contact support to check what's behind
