Seeing more than once device on Vera for a single roller shutter 3

gbenshim

Question

Hi Guys,

I'm having this strange thing happening, i've added a new roller shutter 3 module to my vera hub, it was added and i can control it.

But 2 additional devices were also added to my vera that seem like a light bulb or so.

Their parent id in Vera is the id or the roller shutter, i can't delete them and playing with them too much makes the entire module not functional.

In fact, i had to reset everything, cause it was getting undetectable every 10 minutes or so, like it was going to sleep or such.

Only controlling it from the Vera interface would wake it up, but google home couldn't reach it.

Now that i had reset it all it looks better in the sense that its not disconnecting anymore but i still see these two additional device that i don't understand what i'm suppose to do with them.

See attached image for, i have the LR TV LEFT window blind which is ok, and then the "_Window Covering 1" and "_Window Covering" devices that i can't understand why they are there for.

Can anyone give me some direction? Maybe the installation itself was incorrect and the devices was added multiple times?

If that is the case, how come they are the children of the LR TV LEFT window?...

Gili
