Hockey76 0 Share Posted September 22, 2020 (edited) Good evening,For some days now, I have had problems with my HC2,I suddenly found the device turned off, with no apparent cause.I tried to turn on the device and I noticed that after HC2 performs the following initial led the device turns off.I've tried several times but to no avail.Later I tried to turn on the device in recovery mode, but again without success. Finally I also performed the two ignitions without the USB key, but all without any result.I ask for your prompt support, as I have a large part of my house unmanageable.Sure of your prompt support, best regards.I am sending you photos with the data of HC2 I have opened two reports 18182 and 18286 A7103CCD-D477-411E-952D-66962751427B.MOV 34660998-316C-47AC-8107-534297BEFC54.MOV Edited September 22, 2020 by Hockey76
Sankotronic 1,331 Share Posted November 2, 2020 Hi @Hockey76, I see that your video ends as soon as LED turn off after booting sequence. How long did you wait after that? After one of the firmware upgrades (don't remember exactly which one) Fibaro introduced control of the LED brightness, but also for some reason during booting of the HC2 all LEDs turn off for some time after booting and before starting services. It starts turning on LEDs from right side power, network and internet during starting services. You can also check status of the HC2 using link bellow: http://<YOUR_HC2 IP>/services/system/servicesStatus.php Other possibility is that there is a problem with motherboard of your HC2. I had similar situation where LEDs where still running from right side when turned on by power button and also only green LED was lit on network connection, but yellow did not show any communication. With help from my friend I found same motherboard for small money and replace it by keeping all devices and code intact.
