Aeotec garage door opener

Ole

Question

Hi all!

So I installed the Aeotec garage door opener a couple of weeks ago and has been working fine. Last night at about 4 am, my garage door opened by itself. How can I find out what caused it to open when we were all asleep? Otherwise I will have to get Fibaro to look into it. Can't trust it as it is now.

Thanks!

Have a look in the history, perhaps you can see if something triggers it.

Yeah I did, but not much I can read from that. I just says 04:13 AM garage door opened. Is there any way I can see what told the Aeotec device to open the garage door?

    Thanks!

What triggers the device? buttons or only the app?

I have a scene set to manual that can trigger it. (To be able to open and close using Siri shortcuts). Other than that, a button on the device itself, or using the app or web interface.

Add in each scene a differant mail,  if it happens again you will now wich scene causes this or if the dooropener does it bij itself
