Sensor shows no connection after a period

spreadzz

Question

Hello,

I have a door sensor which randomly after a period of time goes dead. The mobile app shows "No connection".

I force it to wake up then everything works again, and after a period of time, sometimes hours, sometimes days it goes to "No connection" again.

i have a HCL which is no more than 12m away from the sensor but there are thick walls between them.

What can I do? Should I make the devices communicate between them? How do I do that?

Any advices are helpful. I am getting very frustrated with the whole Fibaro system. Since day 1 I have either mobile app issues, HCL scene issues, alarm triggering issues, etc. Nothing works as it should...
