Philio PAT02-B in HC2 configuration fail

Filda-san

Question

Hello,

please, do any of you have a experience with Philo PAT02-B temperature and humidity sensor in HC2?

It should be fully supported as far as I got information. I can see the values of temperature, I can see the values of humidity, but there is a note in notification centre about Unconfigured device and configuration fails all the time.

I tried to add and remove device several times in various ways (secure, unsecure, far device, manufacturer re-start, re-configuration requested by controller) with all the time the same result. Configuration fails all the time.

Also the slave units are sometimes lost and can see only the master device.

Many thanks for any tip, support and advice.

If you are getting the information you need, I think you can ignore the "unconfigured device" error message.  I have a different device, that works as it should, but gives the same error no matter what I do, so I just ignore it now.

Hi @Filda-san,

working nicely here :-)

Maybe you can exclude and re-include again :-D

I am having the same issue with two new PAT02's.

Already using three of them for some time and they do work fine, but new ones stay on status "not configurated". What ever you do. A soft-reconfiguration fails.

Really strange.
