Fibaro Implant, relay activating

Hi Guys,I have recently replaced my old fibaro double relay to release my gates with a Fibaro implant device. The unit was very easy to setup and configure. I am just using the one output on the implant at the moment to trigger the gate which auto turns off after 2s. The unit i have powered by a small POE convertor, POE to 12v DC 1amp device. I am having an issue, The gate gets triggered randomly and will just auto open, what seems to defiantly be the implant device(Never had this issue before) and also when i trigger the gate, the implant at times will keep the trigger held, but wont show in the application or web interface as being active. Any ideas or solutions would be much appreciated

That sounds like a faulty impedance or after disturbances.
Try to build a relay between the output of the SmartImplant and the door control.

Thanks Frank, il give that a go and invorporate a 12v relay to feed the gate input trigger from the implant. Ideally I'd like to just have the implant switch the gate input to remove all the consumables in-between.

Yes, limiting that to a minimum is probably correct.
But build in a relay to see if it gets better.
You can always add an FGS-214 to it.
This works with 100-240V ~ 50 / 60Hz or 24-30VDC.
A Qubino Flush 1 relay would also work.
This works with 110 - 230 VAC ± 10% 50 / 60Hz, (24-30VDC)
Of course I don't know whether you have the DC voltage, but you will surely have 230V and both modules have a potential-free relay output with which you can control the door.
The Qubino can even measure the temperature with a probe.

I would give a normal power suply 12/24V-1/2A a try.
