Walli does not need ground (i know there are countries that according to law. if a socket has a ground, the wire must be connected)

the power supply in Wall Outlet does not need ground wire (from electrical point of view), it will work without (but as akatar said, in most? some? countries one need to use ground). Something else is the reason for "not working" (it could be helpful to describe what is "not working" for you, no inclusion, no function, no what so ever)
