Question

Has anyone managed to connect to VOIP?

from information found on the forum and not only (contact support) - "we know about the problem and our engineers are working on it"

very disappointing .. 11 months from the premiere and still not working ??

New updates really taking to long indeed.

Such a shame for this great product....

 

Let’s hope December brings us joy with new firmware.

    Hi, 

    I have just found out as a post of one of our colleagues from the forum that VOIP and Home Center 3 works...

    So after few trial I was able to make it work on windows,android,ios 

     

    Notes : 

      1. sip server must be : sip.cloud.fibaro.com

      2. sip proxy must be : YOUR_HC_DNS_NAME_OR_IP

          -> please take care if accesing from internet that ports are forwarded

      3. to do : check if encryption is supported

    On Android

         Using Linphone.

          I have added the account then modified the additional settings as follows:

          Please take care that you
    modify by hand the sip_proxy from sip.cloud.fibaro.com to YOUR_HC_DNS_NAME_OR_IP

    Later notice for IOS Linphone seems to have a bug and does not ring unless app is open => Softphone app seems to have not this issue
