Alexa can't recognize Roller Shutter 2

Brekusz

Question

Hi everyone, I couldn't find a solution to my problem here so far, please, help me. I have a HCL and I installed a Fibaro Roller Shutter 2. I use Alexa to voice control my devices and it is working great, but Alexa can't recognize my Roller Shutter 2.

I tried to unlink the skill and link again, it didn't work.

Any kind of help more than welcome!

Thanks

I think you can try to change the role of the device (in "General" settings of the device) and then discover devices on Alexa starting from afresh.

  • Thank you for your reply, macieck! What do you mean exactly by role of the device?
