Hey to all,

i search for Informations what to do if I sell my surrounding with fibaro integration (hc2)

What i have to do switching the admin to another fibaro id, so that at the end the new owner has same setup like i have yet?

Is there a written routine what to do or can someone give me advice what to do. (I did not find something at fibaro or search engines)

i do not want to make a mistake that at the end all needs to program for new.

Hope you guy’s can help me.

if you need more information just ask for it.

Perhaps you give him all your credentials and open a new Fibaro account for yourself if you need one?

Modify your email in his email, change password.

Or is this to simple?

Ask Fibaro Poland for a 100% fail free solution?

Delete the homecenter on youre account, create a new account and add youre homecenter to that account.

Change mail etc on youre homecenter.

I bought a house with an HC2. I seem to remember that the previous owner started a transfer procedure from his fibaro id account somehow. I then logged in and grabbed the device by supplying the serial number.

the whole setup was intact and I slowly moved it to my Home Assistant one by one. I would never have discovered all the devices otherwise — he left me with 30ish Fibaro devices in the walls. So it was a pretty smooth experience for someone who had their own smart home solution already running in the old apartment.
