Can't adjust slats from my Raffstores with RS 3

Hi,

i try to install my Roller Shutter 3 with my home base HC3 lite. 

 

I have the problem that I cannot adjust the inclination of the slats. I can move the external blinds up and down but I cannot adjust the slats. If I set the controller to 50%, the external venetian blind goes up to 50%. But the slats don't move.

Does Jmd have an idea?

More info needed if someone is going to try and help.  Model number of blinds, wiring diagram would be a good start.

 

It sounds like you are trying to control two elements...blinds and slats. Maybe you need 2 roller shutter 3s for that??
