  • I was wondering about the Fibaro Support, because I didn't receive any response on my emails addressed to [email protected] With a help of @T.Konopka from Fibaro, we found out that my ISP has apparently blocked the domain of Fibaro without a known reason (already contacted them). That was the reason, that the reply mail's from Fibaro never reached my inbox or spam box.
    Also @T.Konopka found out, that sometimes some ISP's have blocked Fibaro for unknown reason. So if you get similar situation as I had, please contact your ISP.

    I am happy that we could solve the case :)

     

    Now, I would like to remind you that we are using a ticketing system that queue the cases from the oldest to the newest - oldest being the ones requiring immediate attention. If you send one email it will simply go up the queue and it will be addressed accordingly. However, if you will send a couple of emails separately they will be treated as separate cases in a queue and they will be addressed from the OLDEST one. Sending 'reminders' does not do anything within this system. So... simply send your email and wait for a reply. Alternatively, you can call the Support regarding lack of reply :)

    I am glad I got your attention with the *abuse* profanity. Although it took "Fibaro" (I try not to make it personally, someone from Fibaro reacting is a blessing, so don't take it personally) 10 days to react. That was also the amount of days the upload of @Sankotronic took to get approved. I hope you can give an answer to what you call that.

     

    I think it is somewhat disrespectful to guys like Sankotronic (and others) who spend a lot of time to help out other users with VD's, QuickApps, answers, guides. I also think it is commercially not that clever to neglect the contributions of those users on this forum. Although I am glad you now have a notification service of 24h for approving uploads, I hope you can improve the proces of moderating this forum and respect the evolvement of all those users who spend a lot of time to help other users (and thus Fibaro). I hope Fibaro will get its act together.

    When I wrote about teleporting and Scotty I was of course just joking. We need to have patience with each others due to this difficult times with COVID pandemic. I really hope that we will see end of pandemic this year and that we can all go back to the normal life, but also that solidarity and mutual respect will get higher value than it had before pandemic. Cheers ?
