My homcenter 3 dosent respond on the Z-wave chip is dead ?

nothing happens no turning on and off 

i send a support mail to fibaro but no help

- make cloud backup

- probabl not bad idea to make local backup as well and to download it to your PC

- boot to recovery

- restore factory default

 

once this done, try to exclude one mains powered device. If that works, something wrong with your installation, so you might then restore the cloud backup and wait till support take a look on it.
