Floodsensor kan niet toegevoegd worden aan Homecenter 2.

Question

Betreft:

Homecenter 2

2 Floodsensors

 

Hoi,

 

Jongstleden 2 overstromingssensors (floodsensors) van Fibaro gekocht.

Helaas krijg ik ze niet toegevoegd  in homecenter.


Lukt wel in de app. (Fibaro for HomeKit devices) die geadviseerd werd op de doos en het serienummer in te tikken.

Hier worden de floodsensors wel in gezien.

 

Maar krijg hem niet in Homecenter te zien.

Het is gebruikelijk om de apparaten toe te voegen via het IP adres van Homecenter.

Drie keer geklikt op het TMP knopje, maar doet niets.

Ook geprobeerd te verwijderen, ook dat lukt niet.

Naar fabrieksinstellingen brengen en opnieuw beginnen was geen oplossing.

de overstromingssensors worden gewoon niet gezien.


Kortom, de overstromingsensors kunnen niet worden toegevoegd.

 

Iemand een idee?

Welcome to the forum. The mean language is English, so you get the most interaction. 

 

There are Fibaro products for z-wave (Homecenter) and for Apple iOS (Homekit). You mention Homecenter 2 and Homekit. I think you mixed them up.
