Qubino Flush 1 Relay not compatible with Beta 5.071

After updating to Beta 5.071 (Z-Wave 2), the Qubino Flush 1 Relay started to malfunction and then stopped working completely.
I made several attempts to delete and add it again but each time I got the message "Not configured".

I then replaced the device with a brand new one, placed the HC3 next to the device, but it also gave the message "Not configured".
After several failed attempts, I reset the HC3 to version 5.070 and included the device again.

Now it worked after the first attempt and also the power measurement started to work again.

So my conclusion is that Qubino Flush 1 Relay is not compatible with Beta 5.071 ?
Or is it HC3 Beta 5.071 that is not fully compatible with Z-Wave ?
