Login problem with 1.13 beta.......

 

I have downgrade app (android) to 1.12 and login works oke.

 

Now setup is gone. You started add green feelds....

 

Is there any possibility for backup????

Is it only me or is the Andoid app very very slow? Last stable and the beta also.  Switching from one page to another takes seconds, switching from favorites to all house (see all devices) about 5-8 seconds :(  

 

@A.Socha Is it possible please to make the sprinklers show in the app also ?

I'm a beta tester and even after uninstalling and reinstalling, it doesn't work.

Could you provide more details? You can not login via FID or locally also?

Can you check current production version (1.12.0)?

this is actually not request, this is a no-go to not support own products.

Hi there,

Can not use th app anymore. Won't let me login with my Fibaro ID.

If I use a browser I can login with the same creditials as i try to login on my phone.

Phone says , combination email and password not valid.

Requested a new pasword same issue.

Deleted and reinstalled app, Same problem.

I'm not at home to try the local login.

 

Android 11 on the phone

on my computer. no problem

But when I try using the Yubi app, it denies.

 

Tried several times, also did copy paste of email and pasword, using "Signal app".

If I copy paste these setting using the Signal desktop app, I can login using the Fibaro cloud.

If I copy paste the same settings using "Signal app"  on my phone the Yubi app declines.

try to type it, not copy&paste, remember that email is case sensitive, ensure you are using only allowed special characters in your password, like !#$% 

 

Btw: if you had before the public Yubii app, and "updated" to beta, remove the beta and reinstall it again, just to ensure no remaining infomation you your device from old app.

Hi @tinman.

 

Did it all. Copy/ Paste Input by manual.

Removed the app twice. Reinstalled it.

After the last update the login was gone, So I tried to login again. No solutions.

Requested and created new pasword. No Solutions. Think I have to wait for the stable version.

Pasword looks something like this. U9(n}%wr2(3@.

Did delete the App again. Will install it tomorrow.Today very busy.

allowed special characters are only !#$%

Everthing else might work, might not.

Installed the app again after a day, login worked without a flaw, same password as I used to have. Strange, but it works. Except that some icons are replaced with question marks.

For instance,

Fibaro wallplug

Window icons

Aeotec multi sensor temp. icon.
