smart implant malfunction

manos_ir

Question

i recently bought a smart implant for a new installation on an aeotec (smartthings)  hub.
i set them all up in my office  i download the DH for smartthings  and everything was ok .
when i move all the stuff in the desired location the smart implant couldn't trigger the alarm ( i used it as an open/close indicator ) was stuck in one state only.
i tried everything but i couldn't make it work correctly . every child-device that i created was offline .
So....i exclude it from this zwave network and i took it back to home to add it in my fibaro lite center 2 for a firmware update (i hope this solve my problems) .
i tried multiple ways to add it in my Home center lite 2  (Software Version: 4.610) but with no luck .
i reset it , i factory reset it, but with no luck .
why ???
in smartthings was so easy.

also i cant update my hub.

Upgrade Available

New Software Version:4.620Do You want to download and install new software version?

but no button around to update it.....

perhaps you are not logged in locally but with cloud. You need to work locally to update.

I think your device was out of reach from your hub

i checked it . i moved the hub right next to device with no luck.

i finally connect it to my fibaro hub (after a second factory reset) and update it to v5.2 .
i connect it to my samsung hub , and worked.
now i have to go again to the other hub (aeotec) and try again my luck with the new firmware.
