I also have problems with wear Os and Fibaro.
I have Wear OS 2.32 installed on a smartwatch, on which I cannot install the fibaro wear OS APP.
From the latter you should be able to use the scenes installed on your HC3/HC2/HCL.
Running Google Play from the smartwatch, no Fibaro or Yubii smart watch app can be found.
The only "smart watch" option is found on the smartphone Yubii app, under settings-settings of the application-watch, and I put it to on.
But nothing.

Is there a way to run scenes from the smartwatch ?

Same problem here. I bought a Samsung Galaxy watch 4 so I could use this feature. Could Fibaro fix the problem that should work.

To date, the yubii app has reappeared under wear OS in my smartwatch.

Wear OS 2.26
Google Play services 21.18.16

The scenes work.
Maybe because I did a reset of the clock?
