How to wire up an awning to fibaro hc3

Question

Hi all

I hope someone can help me, I have an awning like this one,

I am trying to work out how i can wire it to be able to control it via my hc3.

I have tried an fibaro roller shutter but we are having prblems in know how to wire it.

I have contacted the seller but can't get any information from them.

Any help would be greatly apprecieted.

The rollershutter is having a wiring diagram.

  • The problem i had was that we could get the awning to close but not to open, the problem was more in the wiring on the awning side, have tried a smart implant too but could not get proper diagram from manufacturer on how to add the smart implant with out cutting the wires. would any one know of an awnign control kit or awnign which would work with hc3?

    I assume you have a control module connected. If so, it's wrong. Use the diagram provided by Sjakie and connect the motor wires according to my picture from the awning manual.
    If there is also a wire with the ground, connect it as well (earth).
    SmartImplant will not be used in any case. It does not have sufficient power switches.
    Although there is one possibility. The manufacturer will certainly have an integration module available that will communicate with the control box wirelessly. Then this module will certainly be able to control an external device such as SmartImplant.
