I cant connect the sensor to the heat controller

Hey guys and girls! 

 

I hope you can help me..

 

Finally i bought a big load of heat controllers. 

But as a beginning I have only installed one. So far so good.

The heat controller works fine, but I can't connect the sensor to the heat controller.

I have tried many things but it will not connect.

 

What I have tried:

1) Pressing the button on the heat controller, until the light is turning blue, one more push and the light blinks blue. The I push the small button on the sensor with the small iron thing and it blinks three times - Nothing happens...

2) I have tried to push the button on the heat controller until det light is light blue and tried to connect the sensor and the controller - Nothing happens  

3) I have tried to find another sensor and it will still not connect...

 

I need som help guys and girls

It was a little bit tricky for me too.

 

Try to remove "paired heads" first. Maybe several clicks will help too.

 

To remove all paired heads from the sensor’s memory:

1. Press and hold the button on the sensor for 2 seconds.

2. The LED on the sensor will blink 3 times to confirm unpairing.
