There are many options for doing this, but this is highly dependent on the brand of thermostat.

Its not possible. Another Fibaro disadvantage. You can do it without any problem in Homey or Hubitat..or if you are like me, and spent thousends of eruros on Fibaro, you will need to wait and hope for the best.

If we did it in a way, that is described like this:

"Before you can change the setting in a given zone you have ask: “Hey Google, set [name of your heating zone] to heat-cool mode”. If you want to go back to the schedule you can ask “Hey Google, set [name of your heating zone] to auto mode”.

I tried it with my Office zone.

After we asked "Hey Google, set Office zone to heat", we got this answer:

"Sorry, it looks like that thermostat hasn't been set up yet. You can do that in Assistant Settings"

Obviously theres no thermostat what could be set..as this "Office zone" is just a zone in Fibaro, what behaves like a thermostat.

Real thermostats in Fibaro are not supported in Google.

This is how my Office zone looks like in Google Home app

And there's nothing we can do about it.
