Help creating QuickApp for HC3

Mats

Question

Hello,

I have a question is someone is able to help me create a quick app.

I think the information is pretty basic, but i don't know the code, so i don't know where to start.

What i want is gather data from an API and show that in Fibaro.

The api is for SolaxCloud (

), which is for my solar panels.

With

nId}&sn={sn} you can gather information.

The information you get is:

inverterSN     :
sn             :
acpower        : 22,0
yieldtoday     : 1,6
yieldtotal     : 9974,9
feedinpower    : 0,0
feedinenergy   : 0,0
consumeenergy  : 0,0
feedinpowerM2  : 0,0
soc            : 0,0
peps1          : 0,0
peps2          : 0,0
peps3          : 0,0
inverterType   : 4
inverterStatus : 102
uploadTime     : 2021-11-10 16:13:27
batPower       : 0,0
powerdc1       : 13,0
powerdc2       : 15,0
powerdc3       :
powerdc4       :

I want to show the values below in a QuickApp so i can monitor the status of my solar panels.

acpower        : 22,0 = Current Power
yieldtoday     : 1,6 = Todays Yield
yieldtotal     : 9974,9 = Total Yield

In the HC3 you can create a quick app with energy consumption.

I am not sure if that should be the one to go, but basically what i want is a quickapp that shows the 3 values above and thus needs to connect to the SolaxCloud api.

Preferably every 5/10 minutes or so.

Hope someone can help me in the right direction.

If you think your app works with Enecsys inventors/gateways I would be interested to test as well.

No, it won’t. The API is for most inverters completely different. Also, as far as I know Enecsys went bankrupt and the monitoring site went offline.

You probably need an extra server like Raspberry Pi or paid service to get your production measurements.

If your inverter is connected to a Smart energy meter with P1 interface, you could of course get the reading with the P1 Monitor (and RPi and free ztatz.nl software).

You are correct, Enecsys went bust. I am using an other monitor service now, but would like to consolidate in one. That is also why I stay away from RPi...

It's not a biggy/ Never had a closer integration with Homeseer either.

If you want to get the measurements directly from the Enecsys inverter, the only way is something like a RPi with some software. That is also the case if you want to get the measurements from your smart energy meter, if you have one.

Maybe your paid monitor service has an API service available?
