Intercom is crazy!

Question

Guest kallecux

Happy sunday!

After my intercom has been working for the last few years, now the following happens:

All numbers flash blue several times.

Then the numbers flash red and slowly count up in a circle.

This is repeated over and over again.

Restarting does not help, factory reset does not work because the device cannot be operated.

App without connection.

No response to ping.

The intercom is an expensive, not exactly perfect product - now it doesn't work anymore .... :-(

Does anyone know some advice?

Greetings Karl Heinz

I think he is trying to tell you something, what does the manual say about this flashing?

@kallecux i guess (i really don't know) that the intercom is rebooting.

I would check all connectors and test it with another psu (12vdc?)

  • this could be. While this loop the intercom is for a few seconds pingable and a few seconds not pingable. This sound like a loop.

If it is pingable, i think that the network connection is OK.
