How to forcefully remove dead device

Gabor Varga

Question

Hi,

Does anyone know how can I remove a dead device from HC3? It is appeare as a not reporting device, which is fine as per the device has been died and not possible to remove it on the right way. I want to remove it completely from HC3. It is fine that I can disable it, but is it possible to forcefully remove it?

Thanks!

G

I you click the  "- " button on your devices tab and choose Zwave.

Then you can click the circle with an cross in it to force remove the device.

I have never recognized that during the removal process, the devices can be removed manually.
