Green Channel Always on

Joel

Question

Hi All,

I have an issue with my RGBW2 controller. For some reason, the Green channel is always on, even when the device is set to be off. Now when its on, the green channel can be faded, switches off etc, so the module seems ok.

Firmware is up to date, so not sure what the issue is. any ideas?

Using on the HC2 - Doesn't matter if its via the web or on the app, not sure if its the rugby module that's faulty

It helps to give some more info if you are having issues from the gateway (HC2, HC3, ?) or from the Yubii app (what version, what mobile platform)?

Just edited the original post, but its on the HC2 4.620 firmware, doesn't seem to matter if its on an app or anything, I'm not sure if the its the module that is broken.

Replace it and maybe you can use the old one for measuring something with the other working channels (like a ph sensor).
