A scene that turns OFF the light when there is no motion detected through 5 min.

Bajlif

Question

I need to run a scene (in HC3) where the light after turning ON by the button will be turned OFF after 5 minutes - if the motion sensor does not detect a motion.
When motion is detected, the light remains ON (until the moment when the condition with no motion by 5 minutes happened).

Is it possible to set it through block scenes or I need to use LUA (I am not familiar with LUA yet as I just started to use Fibaro).

Hi @Bajlif....I don't have experience with this, but do a search for the term "motion" in the subject field - this topic has been raised quite a few times on the forum. ?

Yes that is possible to do in block. One scene to activate the the light with motion and then you have to make a second scene with if motion is safe for x amount of minutes and the light is on, then turn off light. Al can be done in blocks, I am using it my self.
