Unable to addd Fibaro Flood Sensor To Homekit

Glenn Grafton

Question

Found the answer. My wife is set up as the "owner" in the Apple Home app. I was able to add the flood sensor from her phone.

I tried changing the owner to myself as I'm the one that would be adding future accessories. I haven't found a way to do that however.

I'm not able to add the flood sensor to my Apple Homekit. There is no plus icon in my Fibaro app. I installed the app on another iOS device and there's not plus button there either, The below instructions say that I need to click on that to add it.

"How to add the FIBARO Flood Sensor to HomeKit

1. Open the Fibaro for HomeKit app and tap plus in the top right corner."

As of now my Floodsensor is paperweight so any tips would be appreciated on how I can get it connected to Homekit!

The picture with only the Eve Energy icon is mine. The other screen is from the instructions. That one has a + sign, my app is missing it.
