Aeotec home energy meter gen5, updating display

Hi
Is there anyone who can help me with a problem with Aeotec home energy meter gen5.
I only need instant consumption, ie Watt.
It actually works fine too, but there are issues with updating display.
I can set to "Device will be polled at periodic interval" eg 42 sec.
It also works fine, but after restarting, the display will not be updated.
Is there another way to update view?

You can use device parameters.

101 define what data will be send by device.

111 define how often

(Aeotec provide a calculation excel for 101)

I Use three phase power clams, and if You use it as well try use mine settings - i got recomendation from aotec support team.

101 4144911

111 30 it means 30 sec.

first value many settings for each parameter, i getting not exact value betti something similar.

Hello,

 

I also installed Aotec 3 phase consumption Gen5 device. I have also Solar panels with back productivity. It is installed ca 1 weeks ago.

 

Some data are changed but some not.

Can you please explain me what the id's means based some data still with zero value?

Why it is 4 groups for the 3 phase ?
