Fibaro Home Lite - Chasing LED's

I got a Fibaro Home Lite that looks bricked to me. 

I tried factory resetting the device by holding the + on a power cycle. When the led's start chasing (From outside to in and back) I release the +

It looks like it's hanging at that point. I just keeps the led's blinking from left and right to the middle one. When I press the power button it start moving from left to right.

 

Any suggestions how to get my device to working again?

Probably something with NAND. They would need to repair it in Fibaro factory.
