LED with HLG-240H-42B driver and Fibaro Dimmer

Nicolas B.

Question

Hi,

i am rather confused, and quite new to this.

I went for buying some lamps for my new house, and I explained the person that I’ll be using Fibaro. No one in this country (Israel) knows about these modules so it’s pretty hard.

The person at the shop asked me if I wanted the LED to be dimmable, and he then told me that he’ll change the transformer and put a 1-10V transformer/driver.

Description of the driver can be found here

Would this work with a Dimmer 2? If not? What kind of driver should I ask to make sure it does work?

this is the type of light….

No you can’t use dimmer 2. You will need qubino 0-10v dimmer. It will also work with a 1-10v driver

Or use a Z-Wave dimmable LED driver...
