window battery problem

Hi i add door senzor on windows. I add 4 senzors: 3x coolcam window and 1x fibaro. All senzors is added as door senzor. I change him on window senzor and new battery inmediatly change battery value from 100% on 0%. How i can obtain true value on battery as window senzor? Thx
