Unfortunately the Dimmer 2 is for lighting only. If you want to control on / off only, then Fibaro Smart Module may work, though technically inductive loads are not supported, and you may need a slave relay.  Otherwise find a fan with 0-10v speed control and you can use a channel of a Fibaro RGBW to set the speed.

Have you successfully connected a tube fan with Dimmer 2?

I have the same challenge and I am curious if it is possible.

    Kind regards,

    Tom

    Hi Tom

I have not implement this setup, because  I want one dimmer for each fan -  what I see in your last Post, you successfully connect an Dimmer 2 to a fan ? whats the technical specification of your fan ?

only on off mode or also speed control

    kind regards

    hans
