Question

Hello guys

For some reason, some devices are loosing connection with HC3 at my customer's house.

It was working without any problem for several weeks, but now there are couple of devices that are loosing connection. If i click on the icons (for wake up), than its getting back online for some seconds, and again back to offline.

All these devices are 230V-USB powered, like Remotec ZXT600 AC controller, or Fibaro implant.

Also we have noticed some warning messages refreshStates:Host not found (authoritative) in Fibaro PC interface liike you see in the picture.

Any idea?

I can't help with devices disconnecting, but the

refreshStates:Host not found (authoritative)

is probably fibaroExtra that complains that it can't fetch refreshState info. It will just continue and try again.

It's of course not a good warning and implicates that the box at least temporarily had some issues and couldn't serve an api request.

(is the box running with a high cpu usage? or some issues with the network?)

if the box has such issues it could also (maybe) explain why some devices becomes dead.

By default fibaroExtra will post all fibaro.error(...) (and fibaro.warning(...)) messages to the fibaro notification panel.

You can turn it off with

  • Hi.

CPU is okay. Ram is okay.

There are some devices that are without mains power, because owner has unplugged them before he left for vacation. So i think now it is clear. Fibaroextra is sending these reports as device is offline. So i will turn reports off temporarely, while owner returns back.

    Thank Jan for help.
