New HC3 unfindable to initial setup

Hello,

I have bought a new HC3 on the Amazon.de ( Fibaro Store) and i can not install it.

I can't find it on find.fibaro.com, it don t start any wireless network. i ve tried all the possibilities i have found on the tutorials. no resolve.

Does somebody knows what it happened. In the recovery mode i can t reset the network adapters, no red lights appears after i keep the + button pushed.

I think it s broken. It is not findable, not even in the router clients.

any solutions before i return it?

Does exist the possibility that the product to be refurbished? it dose t has the bronze ornaments around the legs and one rubber on the leg is missing

All the led lights are on and static orange except the bell one which is blinking in normal mode and recovery mode the same.
