How to use Tamper Alarm report

ErikP

Question

I'm using the Philio Keypad PSK01 to open my door. It had a tamper mechanism to sent a alarm report when the device is opened. I want to use this signal in a scene for example to sound alarm, blink a light, lock the door, etc.

But how can I use it in that way? Or can this only be used with direct device association? Hope someone can help.

Thanks in advance!

Hi

How did you manage to integrate the PSK01.

I can’t make it install in a configured way.

  • He RoReAI,

What do you mean by that? At what point are you stuck? Can't you add it to HC3 or are you not able to use it in scenes?

Im not using it anymore but it worked fine. I remember there are two modes so you need to set the device itself in the correct mode. Though you can not use it directly in Fibaro as a lock operator fibaro can "catch" the signal. So in order to use it to set alarm or open door you need to make a small LUA script to tell Fibaro what to do when correct code is used. I can see if I can Digg up my code...
