Newbie here.
Got HC3 hoping for a comprehensive installation. Previously I was on Smartthings.
Lots of Zigbee devices such as door sensors not being able to be recognised by HC3. So I am forced to buy new Z-wave ones. I guess I didn't do sufficient research when moving over.
But specifically I cannot see any of the z-wave or zigbee door sensors or motion sensors (I have Hue motion sensors and a recognised Smartthings multi sensor and a few Fibaro multisensor 6s) inside the Alexa integration. As a result I cannot trigger any routines. This is extremely frustrating and really destroyed the viability of the system. Does anyone have any solution? Thank you so much.
