Zigbee socket from Ali work and not

I bought a Zigbee socket on Ali 2 months ago.

All 10 pieces were registered in fibaro hс3 without any problems and are still working.

 

I decided to buy 6 more sockets - I got it.

But they are not added to the smart home.

The console say: "Device added to the network", but does not appear in the devices.

 

Can I solve this problem? Or can I goto trash it?

I have the same problem with the thermometer, the ones I added in September work, when I wanted to add another now (the same) I got the same result as you. I just added them but I don't see them anywhere in the panel.
