Aeotec LED Bulb 6 Multi-White

Question

Hi,

I have two Aeotec LED Bulb 6 Multi-White which previously was connected to my HC2.  When they were connected to my HC2 they were working perfect, and I could adjust the colors as I liked. 

 

I have made a clean installation of HC3 and added the devices successfully (excluded them properly from the old HC2).  BUT it is not possible to adjust the color now when connected to HC3, only the temperature of the white light is possible to adjust. 

I have all color sliders, but nothing happens when I adjust the color. 

I have tried to to re-configure the devices but without resolving my problem. 

 

Any idea from anyone on what might be the issue?

  • Hi, thanks for the reply. It looks like I have both.  It is only the WHITE device that works. 

    the COLOR device I can of course adjust all color levels, switch on/off, but nothing happens with regards of colors. Sometimes the Warmth of the white light changes based on what I do.  But again, nothing with the colors works as expected. 

     

    I have tried to reconfigure the devices.  Did not help. 

    I have two bulbs with same issue.  They worked well on my HC2.

    Try to click on Favorite colors, and check if it works.

    I have no clue then...maybe try to contact support directly..they will fix this for sure.

  • I noticed under Parameters, that there are no parameters.  Anyone who has the bulb that can check if you have the parameters available there, and in case, if possible for you to download and share the template?
