Hi , I have made two basic scenes in HCL . The scene to turn on device works perfectly, the scene to turn off doesnt.

I copied and edited the on scene to create the off.  I made the scenes as a test as I had previously made scenes based around sunset 

that also didn't work. Thanks in advance (I am the early stages of Fibaro journey)

Check in your list of scenes that both of the scenes are set to automatic. I've discovered that this setting is not copied when you copy scenes.

 

Let us know if this solves it.

 

By the way, Vesternet.com has some good beginner tutorials, including sunset ones.

HI there

 

Trying to set up a basic scene for hot water on HCL. All i am looking for is for the hot water to turn on in the morning say for 1hr and then again in the evening for 1hr.

 

An ideas how it can be done using the block scenes on HCL. Haven't figured out the correct way yet.

Hello Patatah,

on HC3 I set up a block scene e.g. on sunrise or on sundown switch on and with delayy of 1hour switch off the same switch.

I would expect this to work, but I didn't try. Just looked if it is configurable. I hope this is configurabel on HCL, too. In any way.
