error on rule 297 Toon Energy app HC3

Anton Palm

Question

I always get an error from lua script on this app. :

[25.01.2023] [18:27:00] [ERROR] [QUICKAPP126]: QuickApp crashed

[25.01.2023] [18:27:00] [ERROR] [QUICKAPP126]: main.lua:297: attempt to index a nil value (field 'dev_2.4')

[25.01.2023] [18:28:00] [ERROR] [QUICKAPP126]: QuickApp crashed

[25.01.2023] [18:28:00] [ERROR] [QUICKAPP126]: main.lua:297: attempt to index a nil value (field 'dev_2.4')

I have Toon 2 rooted and firewall flushed. Fibaro HC3

I can communicate with it. I have another app Toon Connect 3.1 that is working without problems.

Am i doing something wrong ?

Regards

Anton

Hi Anton,

you can set the quickapp variable debugLevel to 3 to get some more info on what is going on.

@Anton Palm

Lets mention @SmartHomeEddy he is the creator of Toon energy.

In the meanwhile, can you post the output of the following link.

http://192.168.1.50/hdrv_zwave?action=getDevices.json

Replace the IP with the Toon IP.

Oke. I compared it with mine, and it looks al your device ID's are +1.

So where mine is Dev_2.4, yours is Dev_3.4 and so on.

Not sure what is happening here :)

The last value output for the Json is "currentwaterflow" did you install the app "Toon_water" or something like that.

I dont have that in my output. Maybe it assigns the ID's different then.

    Maybe you have different firmware.

You could change the code a bit. From that line 297 you could replace all 2. with 3.

I just enabled mine Toon Energy (latest version from SmartHomeEddy) 2 days ago on a HC3 with a Toon 2, and it works fine for now. I don't have the currentwaterflow attribute as well (and no Toon Water installed/enabled).

    Great 👍

Please make a note or something, in case a next version of the quickapp comes available and overwrites your changes.
