cloud connection down?

Question

Hi!

 

I cannot connect to my HC3 devices through cloud anymore. App fails and also web connection through home.fibaro.com fails. Is anyone else experiencing issues?

Please login to home.fibaro.com

Look if there is online your HUB there

- no -> check internet on hub -> restart hub -> check dns -> go to support maybe port is blocked in your network by you or internet provider

- Yes -> chose your HUB and press active integration -> unlink and link again integration  if this dont work come to support we will diagnose problem

Got it fixed with switching to automatic time sync from NTP Server, and now all works. Thanks!

I did not get the integration working, in the end, I've unlinked the integration with Google, tried linking again and still no luck.

 

Had to reboot first after the unlinking and then link again. This works.

 

Integration works fine now

I can't get into any cloud access to HC's and I'm in New Zealand, local works fine but none of my clients have remote app access

I have a problem right now in Egypt due to change in time for DST so the clock in HC3 didn't change automatically, I tried to change in NTP Server for my country but nothing happen.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this?
