Fibaro HC3 / Yubii - Authorization Issue

Question

Yubii app won't connect. come up with message: "Authorization issue. Possible missing account synchronization, etc, etc". I click on the Syncronize button in the Access Settings but not fixing it. Has anyone had this issue and how did you resolve it?

In the controller go to Settings > Access > Users > press the synchronize button in the top right corner.

    As mentioned, that is what I've done and it still comes up with the same message when trying to connect.

    @Jan DewetOK, If you have restartet your homecenter already. I suggest to delete this user in the controller and setup again.

    Same problem. I've rebooted, reinstalled the app, swapped networks, switched on/off remote access, deleted sync'd devices (show up in the menu with the MAC but still says not sync'd) and reinstalled users- nothing.

     

    I can connect through home.fibaro, offline on the same network using the app, just not remotely. I have asked the helpdesk a few times over the past 8 months- no reply.

     

    Anyone have any ideas?

    I have the same issue. Tried all of the above. Even rebuilt the iPhone. Error only occurs in Yubii, not the old school App. Around the same time geolocation stopped working and push notifications too.

     

    Update - Seems that I fixed it by a succession of restarts and synchronisation button pushing. Sorry, I can't be more specific than that.

    Hi All...

    I had the same issue.

    I had changed "Set Date and Time" (General -> Time & Units) from "Manual" to "Fetch time from NTP server". And the issue is solved.
