What is they Type "Switch" for Button in QuickApps

RohitNz

Question

When you drop any of the buttons on the designer and then select a button.  On the right hand side you can chose the type Choose Type to be Button or Switch.

When I make it a switch, I expect it to look like a ON/Off switch.  But it still looks like a button.

What is the purpose of this and how do you use it ?

  • Thanks, I will.  What is the difference between this and the select ? Why have a separate select when a button can be changed into one.
