Intercom wiring

Dear All!

I have just bought a Fibaro Intercom and I'm very excitied to install it. The only problem of mine is there are only 6 wire (not UTP) at the door which can be used to wire the Intercom.

My thougt is I use 2 wires for 12V DC and the remaining 4 wires to connect the Ethernet inputs of the Intercom which is used for data transfer.

So the real question is if it will work with 12V DC input and simpel Ethernet (withou PoE)?

Thanks so much!
