HIK Vision Intercom integration - Quick App

Recommended Posts

Hi There,

I am wanting to write a quick app to open/trigger a relay in a HIK vision door station.

Has anyone tried/had success with this?

I found this on a HA forum:

-- Binary switch type should handle actions turnOn, turnOff
-- To update binary switch state, update property "value" with boolean

function QuickApp:turnOn()
self:debug("binary switch turned on")
self:updateProperty("value", true)

curl -i --digest -u admin: password -X PUT -d '<RemoteControlDoor><cmd>open</cmd></RemoteControlDoor>'

Please login or register to see this link.

end

function QuickApp:onInit()
self:debug("onInit")
end

I did enter the password and correct LAN address, tired to run it but has errors.

Any help appreciated.

Cheers

  • I have tried to access this link and download the quick app. It seems as if it is not available to users in our region (Australia)
