Hello, we have encountered a problem regarding our Installer Recertification and are wondering if some of you Installers have a similar Problem.
The last Time (2 Years ago) we took the Test via the Sales-On Platform, after taking the Test we got our Certificate a Day later via Mail.
This time we got an link for the Typeform, there you have to input some Data like your ID-Cloud Mail, Names etc...
After taking the Test we got an "Well done!" and that's it. We did it a few Days later with our colleagues Installer Account and got the same Message.
Since then (about 3 Week's) we haven't got any Message/Mail from Fibaro with our new Certificate.
Did you have this Problem too? I have reached out to Fibaro Support a while ago, but haven't got an Response yet.
