Hello, we have encountered a problem regarding our Installer Recertification and are wondering if some of you Installers have a similar Problem.
The last Time (2 Years ago) we took the Test via the Sales-On Platform, after taking the Test we got our Certificate a Day later via Mail. 
This time we got an link for the Typeform, there you have to input some Data like your ID-Cloud Mail, Names etc...
After taking the Test we got an "Well done!" and that's it. We did it a few Days later with our colleagues Installer Account and got the same Message. 
Since then (about 3 Week's) we haven't got any Message/Mail from Fibaro with our new Certificate.
Did you have this Problem too? I have reached out to Fibaro Support a while ago, but haven't got an Response yet.

I didn't got a new certificate, only a new valid date, two more years.

    Hello @SmartHomeEddythx for your Answer, have you got that Response on the Test or via E-Mail?

    It already was some time ago, but I do remember I did the test. And also, because I didn't got the new certificate (for on the ceiling of my bedroom) I did a support call and got the answer the new valid date was two years further.

    Hello, today i got an Answer from Fibaro Support, our Certificate is now active again. There was no "Ceiling Certificate" like last Time, so the Rain still drips through the Roof, but like yours a new Date via Mail. 

     

    Thank's to Fibaro Support! :)

    "It seems that there was some error in the system and we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.

    Your certificate and access to Installer App should now be available again."
