I was running the 112 beta and all was well. I decided to upgrade to 113 and got the error regarding writing the z-wave dump file. I tried all the options to fix it in the recovery, nothing works. I can get it to boot after using a clean firmware install back to 112, but I cannot restore any backups, no matter what backup I use with any version of firmware (110, 111, 112, etc), it says error while writing z-wave dump file and does not boot up.
